Chemical engineering is basically study of chemicals and reactions and its cross industry applications.

Scope is majorly into Marketing and production development roles with organisation ljke Asian paints, Berger, Welspun, Aditua Birla group, etc.

Going for Phd incompyter scienec makes no sense after tgis as its completely different field.

Students sbould rather go for Mtech in Chemical engineering from IIT and NITs for great careee.
