Hello,

No, you need to pay the amount again if you want to upgrade your seat in round 2.All candidates are allowed to auto-upgrade.Those who wish to upgrade need to fill the choice once again and lock them.If they are alloted a seat in round 2 they need to get relieving order from previous college and join in the college alloted in round 2.
