Hey Teja! TS ICET has started the registration for the counselling form 5th August 2019. Candidates who have qualified in the entrance exam will have to first pay the processing fee online, book their TS ICET counselling 2019 slots from August 5 to August 8. Dear Teja, Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will start the counselling of TS ICET 2019 anytime soon. On its official, website, it has stated that the website is under testing and not for students. Only those candidates who meet the cutoff criterion of the exam will be called for the TS ICET 2019 counselling. 

As per the schedule, the counselling of TS ICET 2019 will be held in four stages.
