Hello

Satyam, for now focus on your 10th board examination and after that to prepare for neet exam first of all go through ncert to clear your basic concepts and take the help of reference book to understand the topics you find difficult to understand, Ncert is really good for clearing your basic concepts especially for biology, you can follow books like Trueman's biology as well for reference and follow books like hc verma for physics and op Tandon for chemistry, after finishing each chapter you should practice numericals and mcqs and keep revising your concepts whenever you feel like you are for getting some concepts , you can make a routine as well and try to give at least 8 hours or more to study , your routine should revolve around study, revise and practice . You should make a list of important definitions, important formulas, important derivations in chemistry and physics and important diagrams in biology etc. and you can brush them up weekly. You can make mind maps, flow charts for memory based topics while studying the chapters and these will help you a lot during your revision . You should practise numericals and mcqs , go through past 39 year chapterwise papers of neet aipmt book for each of Physics, Chemistry and Biology by arihant and once you are done with the complete neet syllabus go through mock test papers.

Some of the best books for neet examination which you can follow are listed below Subjectwise :-

PHYSICS :-
HC verma
Objective Physics for neet By DC Pandey

Concepts of Physics by H.C. Verma is one of the most popular books for physics for the preparation of entrance exams, it provides you solved and unsolved problems for practice and it is one of the best books to clear all your concepts through practising numericals . DC Pandey, on the other hand, prepares you for objective questions asked in neet.

CHEMISTRY :-

Physical Chemistry by OP Tandon
Practise books by VK Jaiswal (Inorganic), MS Chauhan (Organic)

BIOLOGY :-
