Hello, you didn't mention the entrance exam you have appeared. Your rank is good enough to get a technical branch like CSE or IT. If the entrance you have appeared is acceptable by the government colleges then you should apply for them. You can also apply for TFW. You can get any interested branch you desired or interested.
