Yes, you are eligible for getting B.Sc IT course in alagappa university but may be you will not make it in first round of counselling. You can keep checking the counselling rounds after first round is done and there are chances of you getting a seat with this rank in another round of counselling. The minimum cut off to be eligible for this course is below 100.
