Yes, you can apply for both All India Quota & Deemed Universities counseling.

But With this rank the chances are less to get a seat in All India Quota seats. If you wish to take admission in Deemed Universities then you can check your best chances with NEET MDS College Predictor tool.

Ok mam.my state rank is 489 from Andhra..can I get a seat in Andhra??
