I have made a list of books to learn various languages:

1. The C Programming Language by Brian W. Kernighan and Dennis M. Ritchie

2.Learn C the Hard Way’ by Zed A. Shaw

3. C# 8.0 and .NET, Core 3.0 by Mark J. Price

4,Murach's C# 2015 by Anne Boehm.

5.Python Crash Course by Eric Matthes

6.Head first Python by Paul Barry

Also you can learn the programming languages on Youtube, , Udacity, Coursera, Sololearn,Udemy etc.

There are online lectures which you can download too and can learn according to your pace.

Hope I made myself clear

To learn computer programming, you need to start with the basic one, i.e. C Programming language. Let Us C is the best book which is written in simple language and understandable by beginners. Don't go for heavy standard books, always start with simple. Then move to other books. Watch videos on YouTube so that you can understand it better. You have to know all the terminologies. Once you understand the C programming you can understand other languages like C++ and Java easily. As these two are object oriented programming, the structure is almost same. For Java, you can buy Herbert's Schildt. This book is very good to know the fundamentals. Along with the C language, you can simultaneously study data structure to make your basic stronger. Once you understand whole thing, do programming by your own. Projects help to strengthen that you have leanred. Make projects using C language which you can add in your resume also. Spotting errors in code is another way to learn coding. Dry run any code and if you are able to point out the error (if any) then you are on the right track. There are many exercises like this on internet.

Some of the books which are well known are as follows--

Hope this helps.
