Unfortunately! You were left by an inch 74 percentile was the JEE Mains 2019 OBC category cutoff. Since you have not qualified JEE Mains 2019 you are not eligible for JoSAA counselling 2019. Don't worry there are many colleges in tbe country which offer admissions on the basis of JEE Mains score. dear aspirant your resesrved catagory rank is not good enough to get a seat in any nit or gftis.you can though give a try during the special round in csab counselling. if you have crossed the cut off marks of jee mains you have a very less probabilty of getting lower gftis. its better  you take admission in private colleges.
