Once his results for 10th are out he can join any junior college via merit Counselling based on 10th marks. He needs to conplete 12th grade in Junior college post which he needs to opt for entrance exams for engineering courses and nased on that counselling is conducted for engineering college. 

After 10th results, approximately after 2monyhs colleges do start for 11thgrade by September peeiod.
