Yes, if you have completed your bachelor's degree in History or even you in the last year then you can apply for IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, SBI PO and SBI Clerk exams.

Hey Niraj,As per the exam conducting body, no minimum percentage has been prescribed. You just need to have the graduation degree and the required age limit.For more details - Click HereThanks!

Of course! It is very possible, and quite suited for History Hons. students to apply for the government exams like IBPS, Bank PO and even UPSC. A deep knowledge of analytical and logical reasoning is required for the preparation of the mentioned exams.
