With reference to your query,  I would glad inform you that this things generally not happens and neet marks are calculated accoording to the answers written in omr sheet ,it may be the case their are some corrections in the answer key due to which this thing may be happening but you can mail the concerned authorities regarding your issue and they will revert you by explaining the solution to your problem
