If you are confident about your NEET scores , you need not take admission in any other courses. Same for CET as well. If you are satisfied with your performance then you will get a seat. But if you are unsure then you can apply for courses like BSc in biotechnology or microbiology. Or you can opt for B.Pharm as well. These courses are gaining popularity nowadays
All the best!
Dear aspirant
To take admission in any private or govt medical College you will have to attend NEET counseling which mainly conducted by MCC for 15% all india counseling and 100% seats for Deemed medical College and 85% state quota counseling is conducted by respective State counseling authority.
So if you are looking for Deemed medical College you can register in all india quota counseling conducted by MCC.
You can register in various states counseling which are open for other states students in private medical colleges as States like uttar pradesh, bihar, rajsthan, Karnataka, Kerala etc.
You can also participate in your domicile state Madhya Pradesh (as per your profile) and put private medical colleges as choice filling. Also there are different registration and security deposit charges for both govt and private so you pay the appropriate fee's for participating in counseling of private medical colleges in your state.
Also like that you can register for different states counseling to get admission in private medical colleges. Check previous year cutoff for private medical colleges in different states and your marks and according to that you can register in those counseling.

ALL THE BEST! WORK HARD !!
Hello,
According to your NEET 2021 rank 112994, the corresponding expected mark would have been 487 - 478 . It would be better to predict your probability if you could have provided your category. Moreover the cut offs changes every year also depending on various different states. If you belong to general category then according to the previous years cutoffs for government seats it would have been 580-550 , so your chances are quite low . Then you can try to opt for private colleges . Moreover if you belong to any other category , there might be quite a few chances for the government colleges in Uttarakhand. Or you may try for other courses apart from MBBS. the government colleges may include-
Government Medical College, Haldwani.
Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Institute of Medical Science & Research, Srinagar, Garhwal
Government Doon Medical College, Dehradun
