No college provide free seat even in the govt. college you need topay the fees though it is less but you have. And you are from BC category then it does not mean that you are having any free seat. Reservation can help you to get the seat bit easily but you cannot have the free seat as well. And there are many scholar ship programs available and it might be available in your state also. So you can have the scholarship but not the free seat. So go for the counselling and get your college.
