I think that firstly go to ncert books, read all of them twice. Attempt previous year papers subject wise and as a whole paper then go to other books like mock papers provided by official site. Then go for random papers and just revise the concepts. This whole procedure will take your 3 months. Revise every  concept as much as you can.
