GSL Medical college does have BDS courses but whether a score of 400 in NEET will be sufficient for a free seat will depend on the specific category you fall under and the seat availability of that institution . But it's very unlikely to get a free seat in a top institution like GSL especially under AIQ with the score you got. However if you belong to a reserved category there's a possibility of getting a seat through state level counseling.
