Students who are studying Engineering in Andhra Pradesh will get fee reimbursement by government of Telangana. You must belong to any of SC/ST/BC/EBC/EWS/PWD category. For SC/ST candidates the family annual income limit is 2 laksh and for other categories mentioned above it is one lakh per annum. So if you fulfill the above criteria then you can get fee reimbursement.
You need to apply in TS ePass portal the link is given below

Click on the above link and then click on Post matric scholarship services and you can see different links to apply for scholarship you need to choose the link beside 'other state scheme fresh student'. Since you are studying in AP you need to apply through that link. Initially you will apply as fresh candidate from second year you need to renew and you need to use the same portal to renew. You need to fill the application and provide the required documents such as your category certificate, income certificate, class 10 and class 12 certificate, Bonafide from class6-class 12, adhaar card, bank passbook, PWD certificate (if applicable) and seat allotment letter.
Take the acknowledgement copy of the application and submit it along with the above mentioned documents in your college scholarship department. You will receive a message after few weeks to verify the bio metric you need to go to the nearest mee seva center and verify your biometric. Keep the scholarship application number with you saved. After verifying your biometric go to the scholarship department and they will let you know the further process.

Yes you can get fee reimbursement from ap government if your Annual income is less than 1lakh you will get fee reimbursement from the government.
