At 272 marks, getting a MBBS seat in a government college is not possible, even under reserved categories, as the cutoff is much higher.
But with a budget of Ra40 lakhs, you can get an MBBS seat in private medical colleges in India, especially in states like Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, or Rajasthan where private college fees range between Rs10–20 lakhs per year.
Options you can consider:
Management quota seats in private colleges
Deemed universities (fees usually Rs18–25 lakhs total)
A few low-budget private colleges may offer full MBBS for Rs30–35 lakhs
However, seats under this budget get filled quickly, so make sure to register for state counselling and deemed university counselling (MCC website).
If you're open to it, you can also look into studying MBBS abroad (countries like Russia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan),usually costs Rs20–35 lakhs total for the whole course.
