first of all congratulations for getting good rank and dont worry if you havent got seat in first phase this may happen because of your web options they may be beyond your eligibility and coming to your query if you have done your document verification before the first phase then now no need of document verification and also no need of paying any amount for second phase just you need to login into the website when notification comes and you need to put web options same like first phase this time keep more options based on your rank and caste
