For your kind information Neet is a mandatory exam to get admission in degree level programs. Moreover at this time most of the admission procedure is over also. Legally it is not possible to get a college without neet score whereas management of the private colleges also have some back door entry system.

Best thing for you is that you should go for next year after preparation of one year.

As you mentioned that you didn't qualify neet exam ..and want to take admission in B.H.M.S ...So yes you can get admission in any private colleges...but you are not able to get government or top colleges for B.H.M.S ..
