Once you've applied in general category, you can't change it and you've to continue with this one only. Since same applications are forwarded for JEE Advance, you can't change your quota because you've confirmed twice earlier.

If Jee advance allow to change category then change it . But maximum chances that it take automatically from Jee main form .
