Yes,you are eligible to appear for JEE Mains after qualifying which you get NITs and also the chance to appear for JEE Advance which is the gateway to IIT.
Candidates need to secure minimum 75 percent marks in class 12 or equivalent exam or be in top 20 percentile in their class 12th exam conducted by the board. For SC/ST candidates,the minimum percentage is 65 percentage.

Yes, you would be obviously eligible only if you're score of the main subjects like PCM total aggregate would be around more than or equal to 75%. Its the minimum eligibility criteria to get yourself admissioned into IIT s, 10th percentage doesn't matter it's just used for the purpose of document verification.
