Hello aspirant,
Congratulations for such a great results and I hope you are doing well for the counsellings. SASTRA is a very reputed University with a very good placement and is very popular among students.
The university has already started its admission process for the year 2019. Application form can be filled either via online or offline mode. Students can fill the application form of Sastra B.Tech admission 2019 last by June 14, 2019.
Admission are done on the basis of 2 stream
According to stream 1 :
JEE main and 10+2 scores will be taken into account. Scores of JEE main will carry 25% weightage and 10+2 results will carry 75% weightage and on basis of it a merit list will be prepared. 70% seats are filled under stream 1 and rest 30% under stream 2.
B.Tech/B.Arch Admissions OPEN
According to stream 2
Candidates will be considered for admission based on normalised aggregate 10+2 or any equivalent exam.
So exactly there is no cutoff marks for admission in SASTRA but according to me you will get a seat in SASTRA as you have a good result both in JEE and boards so you can surely expect a call letter from SASTRA if you take part in its counselling.
You may expect to get a very good branch though you may face some difficulty to get a seat in CSE branch .
Hope this helps.ALL THE BEST!!!!
