The question you have asked is confusing to me.
How can you pursue class 11th and polytechnic at the same time ?
However i am providing you the tips prepare for JEE.
First if all you should be aware that you cannot get a admission in any college based on JEE mains score if you are polytechnic student.But if you will qualify mains, you will be eligible to appear in JEE advance and if you can score well in advance then you can get admission in 1st year of the IITs.
But you will do class 11 and 12th and then JEE then you can admission on JEE mains score.
First you should start with the syllabus, analyze it well and figure out your strong and weak areas.
Start preparation with the NCERT and side by side focus on your school/college studies.
Once you will complete NCERT you can then jump to standard books like HC Verma for Physics and then DC Pandey and then Problems in General Physics by I.E Irodov and finally Understanding physics by Freedman and Young

For Mathematics, you should start solving RD sharma and then you can move on to books like Plane Trigonometry by S L Loney, The Elements Of Coordinate Geometry by S L Loney, Arihant Publications for Calculus and finally Complete mathematics for JEE Main TMH publications.

For Chemistry, Modern Approach to Chemical Calculations by R.C. Mukherjee, Organic Chemistry by O.P Tondon, Concept of Physical Chemistry by P. Bahadur.

After covering all the books, solve previous year question papers and then join any test series.
