Vishal,  as you have got 52.75 Mark's in polytechnic and your CML rank is 5652 and your category is general,  so I would like to tell you that the lateral entry demands higher cutoff to get into government college but your Mark's are not good and thus I am sorry,  there is little to no chance for you to get a government college.  I would advice you go for private Institutes.
