There is no such integrated(B.Tech+M.Tech) of 5 years in Presidency University Bangalore but there is B.Tech C.S.E. with speciliazation in

1. Machine Learning and AI
2. Big data
3. Blockchain
4. Cloud Computing
5. Cyber Security
6. Data Science
7. Internet of things

These are the options of specialization which will give you a degree of B.TECH and they all are of 4 years with normal CSE fees of Rs10.50 lakh for years . I will attach a link where you can see this for yourself.
