 Hello

Admission procedure actually depends on the institution and not on the course per se. The university to which the college I should affiliated will decide the procedure for admission. There is no common procedure for B.Pharm courses.

Most of the Institutes follow entrance exam mode to admit students. Major exams conducted by universities/institutes are:

  • BITSAT
  • WBJEE
  • TSEAMCET

Questions are frequently asked from subjects such as:

  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • Biology
  • English Proficiency
  • Logical Reasoning

Lateral Entry

Universities like Manipal University and LPU also offer lateral entry in second year of the course. For lateral entry a student must have a Diploma in Pharmacy with 50% marks in first and second year and must have Science group subjects in Higher Secondary School Examination.

I hope it will help

Good luck.
