YES,Outside Tamil Nadu students can Join PSG tech. PSG doesn’t accept JEE score but there are three awesome courses where admissions are not based on any entrance exam, but on interview and a small online test ( only Maths ).

Admission to the B.Tech courses based on the merit list of tamil nadu engineering admssion.

Admission to M.Tech, MCA and MBA courses are based on the results obtained by the candidates at tamil nadu common entrance test.

for admission to the Ph.D. courses, the candidates need to sit for an Entrance Test conducted by PSG.
