If you are asking about the entrance exams for admision to MBBS course, then only three exams are conducted-
NEET UG, AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER.

1. NEET UG is the largest entrance exam for admission to Medical, Dental and AYUSH courses in the country. Application forms of the NEET exam are available from November 1, 2018 and last date to submit the application form is November 30, 2018.
According to the NEET eligibility criteria, you should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, English as core subjects in both classes 11 and 12. Your minimum aggregate marks for PCB subjects should be 50% for UR category and 40% for OBC/SC/ST. Candidates who will be appearing for Class 12th board examination in 2019 are also eligibile to apply.

2. AIIMS MBBS exam is conducted for admission to AIIMS Institutes. According to the AIIMS MBBS Eligibility criteria, candidate should have passed class 12 from any recognized University/Board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English as the main subjects.
Also, the minimum aggregate of the marks secured in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology obtained in the qualifying examination should be 60% for General and OBC candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

3. JIPMER exam is conduted for admission to MBBS course in JIPMER. It is mandatory to score a minimum of 60% (50% for reserved categories and PwD candidates) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in aggregate while candidates must also ensure that they have passed in Physics, Biology/Biotechnology, Chemistry, and English individually to be considered eligible for JIPMER 2019.  https://medicine.careers360.com/exams/jipmer-mbbs
