Dear Manoj, Must say you have an impeccable academic record there. However, before we answer we would like you to help us with few clarifications please. When you said you joined Medicine, was it an equivalent to MBBS and is approved by the Indian Embassy? If yes, you can apply for FMGE June 2019 session. Here is the link for all necessary information: https://medicine.careers360.com/exams/fmge. However just to brief it down for you, NBE will release the FMGE application forms tentatively in the 2nd week of May on their official website. You can apply directly from there. The website is www.nbe.edu.in

Mam,I'm doing my Final year in the Philippines.So I don't have the requirement of the Eligibility Certificate?

You should complete your studies along with the mandatory Internship, and then apply for FMGE.
