The hostel fee of Sir JJ College of Architecture (SJJCA) is also not very high and is around 5000 excluding mess charges. On the other hand if you go for hostel outside college then the fees will be more or less same and it will around 4000 excluding mess.So, its advisable to go for college campus because it will be safe as well as you can save time of travelling.
