Who is Company Secretary?

A qualified company secretary is a professional who has thorough knowledge in legal, secretarial, finance, accounts, personnel and administrative departments of companies or other organisations.It is not a regular course and can be done from anywhere in INDIA.

Eligibility Of Company Secretary Course

10+2 passed any stream (art, science, commerce) or equivalent qualification from recognized board.

or

if student is graduate than he/she need not to clear the first stage of the company secretary course.

He/she can directly take admission in Executive level.
