Well dear,for applying in Bihar through the NEET quota,the first thing you need is a domicile of Bihar,along with qualifying with the required cut-off marks.

NEET Cutoff Bihar for 85% state quota seats  & 15% All India quota is released by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board,which has around 782 MBBS seats.

To apply you need to fill the Bihar MBBS Admission form and register yourself.
