First of all, let's know about CC- CC refers to Character Certificate which is also signed up by the Educational Institution signifying the Character of the student at the time of his transfer.

Now coming on to TC- T C refers to Transfer Certificate which i s a document signed by the head of a school or institution signifying that the student has fulfilled the education requirements of their locality.
