mbbs course admission to any Indian government or private medical college would be based on neet ug score. you have to appear in neet ug exam, the eligibility criteria for neet ug is candidates must have completed 12th course with physics, chemistry and biology as mandatory subjects and must secure aggregate of 50% score in pcb which is applicable for general category candidates.

for obc, sc, st marks criteria is 40% aggregate in pcb.

so even if you want to study in bihar medical colleges you have to appear in neet ug exam.
