If there is mistake from the side of department so request them they will edit it and correct it.

But if there is any change in name which you want from now onwards so it is difficult, because they provides the marksheet of that name only which is provided by you and which is there in previous marksheets.

Then also once talk to the department and request about it, if it is in the hands of department so they will surely help you out.
