At the time of counseling, you are presented with a list of colleges you can get based on your JEE Main rank. Out of that list, choose the one which is self financed. Then you'll be asked to submit important documents like 10th and 12th mark sheet, caste certificate (if any), transfer certificate, migration certificate, domicile certificate etc online. Submit these documents online, and pay the required counseling fee.
