Yes, You can apply for more than two courses, In fact, the Maximum limit for JNUEE is three subjects, so even You can apply for one more subject if Interested. Because the limit to apply for JNUEE is at max three subjects per candidate.

U mean we can pursue more than one course? Is it available for MA? Is it for regular students?

You cannot pursue more than one courses but you can apply because there may be cases that for one courses that you have applied you may not be selected so if you apply for 3 then there are chances that you may select in any of one of them
