Dear Rana, to be eligible for 85% State Quota MBBS seats in Gujarat, you should fulfill their domicile criteria. The domicile criteria states that:

Candidates who have completed 10th and 12th from Gujarat board are eligible for Gujarat domicile.
This also includes CBSE/NIOS/ICSE/IB
Candidates who have completed their 10+2 standard examination from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas located outside Gujarat are also eligible for Gujarat domicile.
