Your question seems a bit incomplete, can you please mention your desired college from which you want to pursue B.Com Hons.?

However, here I'm telling you the basic eligibility criteria which most of the 3rd tier colleges follow.

1. You must have qualified an intermediate level of exam or equivalent from a recognised state or central board.
2. You must fulfill the basic percentage criteria which vary from college to college.
3. If you're willing to pursue the same from well-known Universities like Delhi University, Mumbai University, etc then the cutoff are high, such as 99 percent.
4. Till your class 12th, you must have studied Accountancy/Business Studies/Economics/English and Mathematics.
