Dear Sweshika, you need to register at mcc.nic.in and select your options. The seats ling vacant due to non joining, non reporting of Round 2 will be published in the seat matrix and eligible candidates will have to submit fresh choices and the Result will be processed as per the choice and merit. If you have already registered for Round 1 or 2 but havent taken any admission, then you neednt reguster again for the Mop up round.

Mop up round is the offline process of seat allotment by respective state authorities against reverted seats from All India quota.

According to the norms released by Supreme court all NEET qualified students can attain mopup round of counselling in any state irrespective of their domicile against vacate seat reverted to states through 15 percent quota.

Dates may vary state wise as well.
