after 12th, you have to do graduation. After graduation, you can apply for these jobs when there is opening for these positions. The organization opens recruitment every year.

If you want to pursue aerospace then you can do aerospace or aeronautical engineering from any college you feel suitable provided that college provides this course.

after completion of graduation in aerospace , you will get recruited by different organization for many different posts.
