In order to apply for BPharm course in College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Govt. Medical College, Kozhikode, you are required to appear for the common entrance test KEAM conducted by CEE, Kerala. There are two papers conducted under KEAM, of which for BPharm, you will be required to appear for only Paper 1, i.e. Physics and Chemistry. 

See below what the brochure says in respect of admission in BPharm courses in Kerala: 

"Admission to the B.Pharm course will be conducted on the basis of marks obtained in the Paper-I (Physics & Chemistry) of the Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination and the rank list prepared based on this (exam)."

The application forms and examination for the 2018-19 academic year are already over. You can appear for the same next year. The exam was conducted on April 23, 2018, and application forms ended on February 28, 2018.
