I suppose you are referring to ISRO (Indian space research organisation). A candidate can officially join ISRO only after the completion of his under graduation.
Although there are webinars, internship , certification programs that are organised by ISRO and the information about it is released in their official website from time to time. My advice would be to keep yourself updated on all these terms
