How can I become income tax lawyer

Dear Suruchi, you can pursue Diploma in Taxation Law. The minimum eligibility criteria is that you should have passed your 10+2 from any recognised Board. If you are a graduate, then you can pursue LLM.in Taxation Law. The eligibility criteria is that you should have passed either 3 years or 5 years degree in Bachelor's in Law with a minimum aggregate of 45% from any recognised Board. There is 5% reservation for rerserved categories.
