Dear Sarika, there are 2 things to it. If you have mentioned your Category something in the application form but you want it different on the Admit card, you cannot change your Category in the Admit Card. You cannot make any corrections. But if you have mentioned a category and you get it different on the Admit card, you can get it corrected. You can write to the helpdesk. But when you write to them, they will check your original application form and make the necessary corrections.
