First of all let me tell you that I admire your determination to score a 99%.
For this you will need a lot of hard work and dedication.
The first thing that you should do is have a timeline- like how many days you would allocate to finishing your syllabus and how many days for revision. Then break those days subject wise, how many days/hours in a day you would allocate to each subject.
Prepare a time table following the above way but do keep it flexible for change. For example some chapter might take longer than you anticipated or some day you just might not feel like studying a particular subject. According you can move around the subjects and still follow the timeline.
