First of all , you have to find out the area where caste certificate are issued , generally it will be Tehsildar and DM Office . Then after that you have to write an application for the correction in your name in sc caste certificate and request them to issued the correct one.

You will have to attach some documents with application reflecting your correct name.

The document could be your

• Adhar card
• Voter id card
• Your 10th /12th marksheet
• Educational certificates

Then it will take some time in getting the correction but after that you will have your corrected caste certificate and you will not face any problem regarding that in future.
