If there isn't any prescribed formula given by the college/university then add all the marks scored in all subjects of all semesters/years and divide it by total maximum marks of all subjects in all semesters/years, you will obtain the percentage. It is better to enquire in the respective college's examination department before proceeding. If there is a conversion formula then you must obtain that certificate since you need to provide the certificate at the time of selection.
