• A PDF will open. Click on the arrow on top right to download it.
• Read the instructions carefully.
• Page numbers 6, 7 and 8 comprise the NTSE application form.
• Take a printout of these pages.
• Fill them up properly and submit the form in your school for verification before the last date (September 20, 2018).
• Please remember that no form will be accepted after the last date.
